I purchased a chicken soft taco. 6 hours later I began the illness with horrible diarrhea and then vomiting. It lasted for hours. It was completely horrible. I slept when I could and also experienced very extrem, see above  | Symptoms: Vomiting, Diarrhea

On Monday January 21st I had a number 11 combo with chicken (the classic burrito). My wife had the taco salad and was fine. About 4 ours later my stomach started cramping, then vomiting for another 4 hours.
