Sweet Italian Chicken Sausage Opened up a fresh vacuum sealed pack of Sweet Italian chicken sausage (TJ brand) and roasted it for dinner with some carefully rinsed, clean, fresh zucchini. About 8ish hours later I had extreme nausea & diarrhea for 3 hours.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea
