Food poisoning I think from eating prepared meatloaf late Sunday nite. Bought here. Explosive diarrhea & stomach cramps....cold clammy sweat & nearly fainting. Haven't felt good for days. I checked expiration date....does not expire for a few more days. Must have been off temp.

I think it was the Oreo cheesecake dessert from the bakery I was the only one in my family who ate it. The next morning I didn’t have an appetite which is unusual started breaking out into a sweat then the diarrhea and vomiting began. I can’t be sure but that’s the last thing I ate  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Sweating, Loss of Appetite

My father and myself order hot cocoa but after we both drinking it the worse cocoa ever all night me and my father throwing up should went to 7 even or circle K because never in our life had the worse Coco ever especially it was on New year's day  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting

Purchased ground beef on Saturday evening, made chili with it Sunday night and both my kids and I have been vomiting, watery diarrhea every ~45 minutes, headache, nausea, weakness since eatitit.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Weakness, Headache
