I bought a prepackaged salad. I had to go to the ER and get pumped with fluids after experiencing vomiting and diarrhea from 1am to 2:30pm. Doctor said it’s most likely ecoli., My girlfriend got sick to. That’s all I know of  | Symptoms: Vomiting, Diarrhea

9 girls have gotten sick in less than 48 hours after consuming buttercream cake with fresh strawberries on top. I contacted corporate Vons and was give. The run around. These are 9 little girls less than 10 years of age.  | Symptoms: Nausea

I ordered a pound of Primo Taglio Cajun Style Turkey and ate some yesterday. I woke up this morning nauseous and fighting my urge to puke. Had diarrhea, went to the rest room at least 8 times. Feeling weak & feverish. Vons needs to be held accountable.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Other, Weakness
