I ate a steak and hash brown bowl and grits on 2/10/21 and right after my stomach started hurting..I was sweating so bad I had to come out of everything.. then the diarrhea started for about a hour nonstop... I ate the all star (eggs, a waffle, sausage, and toast) about 45 minutes to an hour after eating I got a really bad headache and from there I have just gotten worse. I feel nauseous, dizzy, headache, my whole body aches.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Headache, Dizziness, Body Ache

Bacon and hashbrowns not cooked properly.  Stopped after work to eat dinner. Ordered chicken melt with hashbrowns. Bread greasy and bacon was uncooked in some places, leaving it chewy. Hashbrowns were cooked on one side.   | Symptoms: Nausea
