I ate a single with cheese at 12:20, thought it smelled a bit odd. Diarrhea/Vomiting started at 4:45, then cold chills set in and were so bad my teeth were chattering. total of 3 hours being sick  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Chills
