March 5-6th, I remember it being a weekend. I ate two bowls of Lucky Charms around 11:30am and by 5:00pm I was on the toilet with bright green diarrhea. It happened again around 8:00pm and once more overnight, about 3:00am. I haven’t eaten any Lucky Charms since.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Green Stool

4 hours after eating there repackaged, baked chicken developed severe vomiting and then diarrhea it was so bad I had to go to the ER where my blood pressure became extremely low had to have an IV with fluids and meds cause I lost so much water!  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting
