Got a mild chicken sandwich with fries and a coke. Ate at 4:30 pm, got sick around 10:00 pm. Threw up 7 times, wasn't able to sleep the entire night. Awful.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Chills, Headache

I had Wingstop around 10:30 at night started feeling sick about 30 min after I tried to sleep it off and threw it up at 4 am I have nausea and chills and haven’t been able to get up from bed. I also threw up again around 12 pm the next day  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Fever, Chills
