I bought some Silverside meat from there on Friday 30th April 2012.
Froze it as soon as I got home. (20 mins).
Carried in cool bag with some frozen items from the supermarket.
Defrosted meat Saturday night and slow cooked on Sunday.

Bough “fresh” skinless salmon from there on Monday
Cooked that night, with no sauces, just a few spices And asparagus
Ate at 6.30pm started getting cold/ hot sweats and nausea at 11.30pm

Prepacked salad. Crunchy noodle coleslaw kit..useby 19th feb 2021.
