2017 年 1 月 2 日晚上 8 点左右，我用水吃了鸡肉卷饼（面粉玉米饼、白米饭、平托豆、fajita 蔬菜、鸡肉、轻度/中/热萨尔萨斯、酸奶油、奶酪和生菜）。吃完墨西哥卷饼 20 分钟后回家后，我开始感到腹痛腹胀，然后是腹泻和恶心。症状持续到深夜，导致呕吐。
