I had a Keto bowl. Nothing special just what it recommended. For 12 hours now I’ve been having severe diarrhea, nausea, and vomiting. This has caused me to stay home from work and has caused heavy rectum and stomach pains.

我吃了墨西哥卷饼，然后在这里召回了生菜，不知道是因为生菜里的大肠杆菌还是其他不好。昨晚 10 点左右我吃了东西，回家时胃痉挛不好，今天早上 4 点 30 分醒来时不得不跑到洗手间，而不仅仅是我扔的 diarreah。今天我不得不轮班工作 12 个小时，今天不得不赶到洗手间至少 15 到 20 次，感觉太呆滞了。可能是别的东西但是 chipotle 就是我昨天所拥有的全部
