昨晚吃了墨西哥卷饼，吃完了大约一半。双层包装，蜂蜜 chipotle 鸡肉和 sofritos、糙米、斑豆、法吉塔蔬菜、生菜和奶酪。薯条的侧面有番石榴和奎索。醒来时胃痉挛和腹泻感觉有点发烧。起床后抽筋变得更糟了，可能需要提早下班。

星期四下午 2 点左右停在那里去吃点食物，然后点了墨西哥卷饼和牛排，剩下的牛排很旧，看上去几乎没剩下，所以不得不等 5 分钟才能得到更多的牛排。
我真的希望他们不要对我的食物做任何事情，因为我要他们要新牛排，那里的两个工人问我看起来很生气！？！？！
我不想花 10 美元买冷卷饼。
无论如何，第二天我大部分时间都在厕所里呕吐，感觉发冷的时候差点昏倒了。
两天后感觉好一点，但还是得赶紧去洗手间。
负担不起医生账单所以我自己想照顾好它。

My brother in law and I both ate chipotle, I had a chicken bowl, he had sofritas burrito. I ended up with diahrea and fever while he had diarrhea and vomiting

Had a chicken/steak burrito bowl from chipotle. Ended up with mesenteric lymphadenopathy which imitates appendicitis. Had a 102 degree fever for 2 days. My girlfriend also had the same food and had diarrhea immediately the next morning
