April 7, 2026 lettuce at Chipotle 5 people ate there, 4 have severe food poisoning. The one who did NOT get sick did not have lettuce. The common denominator for the sick people is lettuce.

On 8/6, I ordered a Barbacoa Burrito Bowl with extra meat at lunch. At 5 am the next day I woke up and began throwing up. I vomitted about 6-7 times and then had a fever/nausea for most of the day, followed by diarrhea which is still persisting.
