我吃了沙拉（没有肉，而是所有的蔬菜和番茄等等。即使吃了四分之一我也开始感觉有点奇怪然后就停止吃了。直到 4-5 小时后才真正感到恶心。呕吐了很多，喝得更多，被迫呕吐更多。都是树叶，看起来像午餐... 剧烈（弹丸呕吐）还是感觉很糟糕和恶心。这是今天，现在是 7:36。午餐早在 11:30 左右

My daughter ate Chipotle from the College Park location in Maryland yesterday night and has had diarrhea and vomiting since she got up in the morning today

I ordered a chicken bowl online. It contained lettuce, onions, rice, cold chicken and cold cheese. They forgot to add the tomatoes.
