我吃了一份沙拉，里面有 pinto 豆、鸡肉、pico、辣椒和洋葱。2 小时后，主要的胃痛和不好的水汪汪 p** p。

Barbacoa burrito bowl, brown rice, both beans, mild and hot salsa, sour cream, cheese and corn. No lettuce. Didn’t even finish the bowl only ate half. An hour later I was so sick. Finally fell asleep and woke up extremely ill an hour later. Didn’t feel better til the morning.
