5月2日晚上，我伴侣的食物中毒非常严重。他有一个装有 barbacosas 的碗（拼写？）。他甚至没吃一半，但是两小时后他不停地呕吐和腹泻。他病得很重，差点停电了。他脱水、发烧、食欲不振、严重胃痉挛而且非常疲劳

Ate a chicken bowl with veggies, green salsa, pico, red salsa, sour cream, cheese and lettuce. The next day I was sick with stomach cramps and diarrhea.
