- comments: observed no hot water at faucet in employee men washroom water temperature 63. 0f. Instructed hot water must be a minimium of 100. 0f. Priority violation issued

- comments: observed no thermometer inside milk cooler. Must install.

- comments: observed display shelf units not clean of dust buildup for packakaged candy, potato chips,detergent shelves. Instructed to clean and maintain.

- comments: observed no covered receptacle in women washroom. Washrooms used by females must have a covered receptacle for sanitary napkins. Must provide.

- comments: observed floors throughout premises not clean of debris, dirt in rear storage and under all display shelving units,. In structed to clean/maintain.
