星期二晚上在吃自助餐，剩下的时间里腹泻非常严重，气体充足。我的系统相当快... 但是我的女朋友今天早上醒来时出现了严重的气痛和腹泻。

我和我丈夫去那里吃晚饭。我吃了花生鸡、西兰花、仰光蟹、俗气的蘑菇和蛋花汤。除了蛋花汤之外，我丈夫把我做的所有东西都吃光了。我确实注意到汤里的鸡蛋看起来很黑，实际上拿出了几条深色鸡蛋条。大约 4 小时后，我变得恶心了，开始呕吐我在自助餐上吃的所有东西。那天我出去吃饭之前只吃过吐司和少量花生。吃完食物后，我发冷了一会儿，但感觉好多了。

Stopped in on dec 29th around 1pm and had buffet .. ate some fried rice , salad,baby shrimp and fried fish.. felt ok til about 2:30 pm today the 30th and started getting diarrhea , vomiting , body aches real bad .. food was good but I did think the fish was raw inside after I ate some ..
