腹泻从12月18日晚上开始，呕吐从12月19日早上开始。两种症状同时发生。昨天唯一食用的东西是一罐汤、3片面包和一包新开封的Hillshire Farm黑森林火腿。火腿是本周购买的，保质期到2026年1月29日。

Made a sandwich from pretzel bun, sliced turkey, and romaine lettuce around 8:45pm. Woke up at about 4am feeling nauseous, then woke up again at 7:15 and vomited large amounts of light yellow/green bile.
