- comments: observed approx 4-lbs of cooked rice inside prep cooler maintained at improper cold temperature of 50. 0f and approx 4-lbs of sour cream at 49. 0f. Instructed (tcs) cold foods must be maintained at 41. 0f or below. Person in charge removed and discarded foods at cost approx $15. 00-cos. Priority violation issued 7-38-005
38. Insects, rodents, & animals not present
- comments: observed front entry door not rodent proofed at bottom areas. Must repair to be tight-fittuing.
48. Warewashing facilities: installed, maintained & used; test strips
- comments: dishwashing facilities at 3- compartment sink not maintained. Observed hot water from sprayer that reaches the 1st comartment of the 3- compartment sink at improper temperature of 87. 0f. Hot water must be temperature of at least 110. F. ( faucet on right is too short to reach the ist compartment where the sprayer is). Must repair water at sprayer. Priority foundation issued 7-38-025

- comments: observed floor areas not clean of debris around hot water tank. Instructed to clean debris, dirt. Must maintain.
