I ate pork friend rice and started violently throwing up an hour after I ate it. I threw up for almost 3 hours then had diarrhea and then felt very dehydrated., That was it. It lasted about three hours. Now my stomach hurts a lot but nothing is happening.

Had Wegmans soft whole wheat bread, their deli ham, Kraft singles cheese and mayo, and milk all purchased from Wegmans, ate last night and woke up in the night vomiting, then diarrhea, still cramping in my stomach.
