星期一早上我买了四块加鸡蛋的香肠饼干、两块早餐土豆和一块燕麦棒。我吃了土豆但我姐吃了土豆和一个三明治。从昨天早上起她就有恶心和腹泻了。我敢肯定它来自早餐三明治，我很幸运没吃过。

I ate room temperature French fries, they sat out for about 2 hours before I ate a couple and then threw them away, I woke up the next morning and felt bad which led to puking and bowel movements he next 2 days.
