I ate a burrito bowl yesterday at 7pm and within two hours became violently ill. I vomited every hour until 3am this morning when it transition to watery diarrhea. I am still dealing with running to the bathroom. The burrito bowl I had eaten contained chicken, steak, white rice, black/pinto beans, mild/medium/corn salsas, sour cream and cheese. My fiancé also ate a burrito bowl but did not get sick, the only difference in our bowls was she had sofritas and no meat. So it was definitely the chicken or the steak from Chipotle that has caused my food poisoning. | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心
