- comments: observed 3- compartment sink floor drain not maintained. Observed 3- comp sink when water is released from sink it drains into floor drain and drain overflows with water pooling on to floor. Must repair and maintain. Must clean and sanitize floor. (priority foundation 7-38-030(c)

- comments: must clean food debris from lower shelf under oven.

- comments: observed hand sink in prep/dish washing area not maintained. Observed hot water faucet handle in poor repair when water faucet is turned on no water comes out. Employees uses the shut off valve underneath the sink to supply hot water to hand sink. Must repair and maintain. (priority 7-38-030(c)
