Bought 2 sandwiches from the deli. Only one person working the sandwich area - kept going to ask questions to other part of deli - not trained or filling in - asked for the sandwiches to be heated and wrapped. Took them home my son ate one… 更多

On Tuesday 5/15 I ate some chicken wings from Schnucks from their "Chicken Bar" and became violently ill later that evening. I have the bones from the chicken that day and can see raw meat on them.  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐

2018 年 5 月 11 日星期五我的家人、姻亲和我一起野餐。我们都吃了在沃尔玛用一盒 32 个汉堡购买的 Great Value 100％ 纯牛肉汉堡。那个星期天晚上，第一位家庭成员开始出现恶心、呕吐、发烧和极度胃痛的症状，随着时间的流逝，有 8 名家庭成员或朋友参加了这次野炊活动，他们出现了相同的症状。
