我儿子昨晚生病了，今天是，他正在呕吐，无法保持任何东西，他也有恶心而且虚弱。他昨天下午 5 点左右吃了我们当地的塔可钟。他在盒装餐中吃了软炸玉米饼，硬炸玉米饼，牛肉和奶酪卷饼。今天是 2019 年 5 月 4 日  | 症状: 恶心, 呕吐, 弱点

My friend and I ate around 9:30 - 10:00 pm... we ordered caeser salads, he got the baby back ribs with broccoli and fries, I ordered the 6 oz sirloin steak with broccoli and mashed potatoes. We both have been up all night with stomach cramps and diarrhea.. we are still in pain  | 症状: 腹泻, 抽筋

We ate at cafe rio and got sick. We both drank the horchata and the mint limeaid., We were sick about an hour after we got home. I drank more limeade that I'd brought home and I was stuck in the bathroom for an hour and a half later in the night.  | 症状: 腹泻
