I had a hot butter pecan sundae, my family had other ice cream products. About 12 hours later I started projectile vomiting at work. I had severe food poisoning and needed an IV to rehydrate. The symptoms persisted for 10 days.  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐

4 月 10 日 @ 9:30 我和我的女朋友订购了 2 个 Les saj 拼盘，她吃了牛肉 donair + 配菜沙拉，我吃了鸡肉 + 豆沙拉。

在 4 月 10 日的整天，我早上只吃了 1 根香蕉，然后在晚上吃了拼盘-除了水外别无其他。

只有我生病了，这意味着食物中毒只在我的盘子里。

吃完拼盘几个小时后，我有剧烈的胃痛，无法移动。我无法入睡，在凌晨 2 点至凌晨 4 点之间我扔了 4 次弹丸呕吐物。我整夜有 6 次腹泻，介于纯液体和几乎没有任何稠度之间。早上 8 点我又扔了 2 次弹丸呕吐物。持续腹泻。

今天是 4 月 12 日，我还没吃过任何固体食物。我的胃干仍然很紧张，我无法工作。我仍然有持续的水样腹泻，而且我几乎没有康复。

在 Les saj 吃饭时要冒险，我一生都无法再享受这种文化的食物了。

10pc Chicken nuggets meal, My nephew got sick about 3 hours after eating the Chicken Nugget meal. Vomitting followed by severe diarrhea. Was unable to eat food for 24 hours. Still feels unwell 40 hours later.  | 症状: 呕吐, 腹泻, 恶心

Three colleagues ate there, including myself. We had lunch around noon on Friday, April 5th. We ate a mix of shared dishes. These included the pork dumplings, Vietnamese spring rolls, noodles, shrimp dumplings and ginger beef amount a few others.
