太糟糕了。我还是那么酸痛和虚弱。我从下午 5 点左右到今天早上 7 点都在呕吐。整晚起来 :(
午餐时间我在 timmys 吃了一个百吉饼和奶油芝士，我认为奶油芝士一定很糟糕。我以为我得去医院因为我不能在体内保留任何东西。谢天谢地我现在可以喝一小口液体

I had Wendy's yesterday it tasted a little off like not as good as usual but I hmdidnt have time to go back and complain and I was really hungry, after a few hours I could sleep and had poops and vomiting sessions  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐

I ordered a Grilled Chicken Burger (subbed the whole grain bun for a white bun), also got 2 packets of mayo to add to the burger and a medium strawberry Lemonade around 9pm on Sunday, June 25 2017.  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐
