I ate today at around 12 and i ordered a large chicken shawarma wrap. I came home and i was fine, i took a nap and when i woke up from my nap i felt really sick and my throat starting hurting and i was getting flu like symptoms.  | 症状: 恶心

3 of us got the beef donair (with a mix of toppings including lettuce, tomato, hot peppers, and pickled cabbage) on Thursday Dec 12, 2019. 所以在 12 月 17 日下午 5 点 30 分左右，我不得不停下来给自己买个没有面包的双面奶酪（生菜包装）。再加上一个红薯条和 chipotle 酱。下午 6 点半左右我吃了没问题。晚上 8 点左右我有腹泻。决定回家，所以大约 11 点我在洗澡是因为我有关节油漆而骨头疼痛了。也感觉恶心？。在 1 “o” 时钟（意味着我们现在是 12 月 18 日）那是我的第一个 puke 出来的时候。然后是大约 30 分钟后的第二个，也是 30 分钟后的最后一个。至于今天 12 月 19 日，我感觉好些，但仍然有腹泻。
