我有一秒钟带鸡蛋的香肠 McMuffin 没有鸡蛋两个 hashbrowns 一个松饼和一杯咖啡作为早餐。大约两个小时后，我不得不因胃痛而离开工作岗位。很多呕吐和腹泻。剩下的时间都在候诊室里看医生，然后进行血液和粪便的实验室测试。不是美好的一天。

Bought the stuffed peppers in the pre-made meals section (Not frozen). Had that as my first meal of the day and became violently ill 6 hours later. My family had chicken instead and I wish u had too as they were fine. I was sick for 3 days barely able to get out of bed.  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐

My daughter is 6 and had nuggets with me yesterday. She has been sh*tt*ng all night and has dirtied everything she tried sleeping on. I also have been to the washroom every hour. Fries were also white and cold even after waiting for my food.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心
