我的旅行伙伴和我自己在凌晨 2 点去了萨格勒布的麦当劳，我们每人刚喝了一杯小啤酒（只有一瓶瓶装啤酒），然后去麦当劳吸收酒精。我有一个双奶酪汉堡，我的旅行伙伴吃了一顿美味的苏珊饭。我们俩在早上 8 点 30 分左右醒来时出现相同的症状，从胃痛开始，我呕吐了大约 5 次，然后出现了剧烈的腹泻，我的旅行伙伴呕吐了两次，也不得不上厕所，但还不如我自己。我们回去睡了一个小时，从那以后我们一直在发抖，感觉非常寒冷，恶心和虚弱。太可惜了，因为在这种情况下我们今天必须行驶 100 公里。这是我们昨天唯一吃过的东西，而且我们吃的所有东西都是分开的，因此很容易隔离出来的是麦当劳造成了问题。真可惜，因为我们经常吃麦当劳，这是昨晚我们抵达萨格勒布时唯一开放的地方。我知道这不是经常发生的事情，我们首先去麦当劳的原因是因为一致性和虚拟的保证不生病。我希望你能找出问题的原因，并且不会再发生这种情况。

i ate Oreo mcsundee deluxe with caramel sauce, and that's the only thing i ate today, so i'm pretty sure that's what poisoned me, it looked kind of weird, just looked, and i got less ice cream than usual, maybe it was an old ice cream that was left in the ice cream machine, idk  | 症状: 恶心, 呕吐
