19 年 2 月 14 日与他们的 V 套餐一起吃情人节晚餐，包括牛排（中井）、冷饮、羊排、披萨、面包、汤、开胃菜大虾、我女儿 8 岁高烧 40 度第二天腹泻、呕吐并在汤普森医院住院 5 天，我和我的丈夫也腹泻超过直到今天，每人 40 倍，报告显示急性肠胃炎。

Had yee sang with some friends. All 7 of us had the symptoms within a few hours of dinner. One friend joined later after we finished the yee sang but had the other dishes we had for dinner and he had no symptoms. So likely was the yee sang possibly the raw fish.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐

我们在2019年1月21日星期一购买了家庭桶。几个小时之内，我们开始感到不适。我们中有些人开始发烧、发冷、严重腹泻和呕吐。医生证实这实际上是食物中毒。我已经向马来西亚肯德基提出了投诉。第二天分行经理给我打电话。他告诉之前鸡肉质量存在一些问题。为此，他们安装了滤水器系统，以便在清洁过程中冲洗掉细菌。他答应在本周之前访问该商店进行进一步调查。我们一直在任何地方的肯德基餐厅享受美食。但是食物中毒的严重性给我的家人带来了极大的痛苦和高昂的医疗费用。
