After we ate Ben and Jerry's chocolate fudge icecream, 2 if us got sick he and my child. I felt nauseous approx one hour later, then 2 hours after that I started vomiting and then diarrhea, all night, it's been 12 hours the vomiting has stopped but the I still have diarrhea  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐

我在 12 月 7 日星期五下午 3 点 30 分左右有一个老板组合和一个新的甜馅饼（choc 和咸焦糖）。我觉得在沙发上睡了大约一个小时。当我醒来的时候，我感觉我的餐没有正常下降。就像它没消化一样。所以我坐起来喝点水。晚上 9 点我上了睡觉，但我的胃里仍然感到不舒服，所以我无法睡觉。晚上 11 点左右，我猛烈地把感觉像整顿饭一样的东西扔掉。之后我刷牙和舌头，但我仍然感觉自己的喉咙背面有一块块块。在晚上折腾和转身之后，终于是起床的时候（我实际上已经睡过了），我感到非常昏睡，动作非常缓慢，我头痛，非常轻盈和眩晕。我得上班。工作了一个小时，工作速度非常缓慢。我感到虚弱，有雾的头，然后汗水开始了。我得让我丈夫在工作时放下来然后早点接我，因为我太轻了和头晕。现在今天下午/晚上我头痛、汗水、发冷甚至呕吐甚至是一小口水。而且还是非常头晕。我觉得我实际上可能会从每 20 分钟试图吐出头晕和光泽的沉重感中摆脱出来。
