2018 年元旦那天，我和我的朋友以及我们的两个女儿一起在马刺北门办理登机手续吃早餐，但是到那里有点晚了，选择了开一家分店。作为开胃菜，我点了一只大虾和奶酪，我的朋友点了一个大蒜卷作为开胃菜。我女儿点了一份鸡肉披萨作为主餐，而我朋友的女儿点了带虾饭的鱼。然后我点了同样的饭菜，就像我朋友的一个女儿正在吃大虾的鱼一样。我的朋友点了一个带薯条的汉堡包。
我们吃饱了一整天都没吃过任何东西。晚上晚些时候我开始发抖，腹泻很严重。第二天早上（2018 年 2 月 1 日），我朋友的女儿也开始出现同样的症状，但她的症状很严重，因为她无法控制地呕吐，不得不被送往急诊室。这名女孩在给她滴水并取样后于同一天获释。我接管了非处方药。
第二天（2018 年 3 月 1 日），我打电话给马刺北门，告诉他们有关事件的消息，并找到了名叫辛西娅的经理，她告诉我商店的老板不在商店，但会在早上打电话给第一件事。
第二天（2018 年 4 月 1 日），店主打电话给我，并迅速为餐厅辩护，
