晚餐时我吃了一份简单的烤鸡肉沙拉，发现沙拉里有一个看起来很奇怪的豆子。把它捡出来然后继续吃东西。然后我注意到鸡肉有点软，就像里面的黏糊糊一样，但是鸡肉的外部像煮熟过一样坚硬。饭后大约 3 小时我开始感到不适。它始于呕吐和发冷，第二天早上呕吐、疼痛和腹泻后大约 24 小时。
