晚餐时我吃了素食盘，丈夫吃了猪肉卷饼。我有严重的胃痉挛和大量出汗，肌肉酸痛。丈夫也有同样的症状，但更糟糕。有史以来最严重的食物中毒。  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 抽筋, 出汗, 酸痛

I ate white rice with chicken black beans with tomatoes with sour cream and cheese I started to feel sick after I Finnish eating my food I started to realize I got food poisoning and I kept going back and forth I started having the runs because of the food I ate it was yesterday January 30,2018  | 症状: 腹泻

我的妻子（医生本人）今天吃了从 Whole Foods 购买的洛林乳蛋饼吃了午餐。2 小时后，她开始经历了可怕的胃痛，随后很快就出现了恶心和呕吐。从那以后，她不得不呕吐了十几次，她不得不躺在床上，因为她无法站立。希望这能过去，但这可能非常危险...

I visited the Natural History Museum on 1/11/18 and ate chicken tenders from the cafeteria on the ground floor. When I got back to my hotel, I had a high fever and felt nauseous. I later started vomiting and went to go see a doctor.  | 症状: 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐

the Chili’s was inspected on Thursday and ordered closed due to a violation that could not be corrected at the time of inspection. The violation had to do with a sewer issue, the spokesperson said, and the department is working with the restaurant to get them reopened.
