Ate Taco Bell on 10/31. The next morning I woke up with a severe stomach ache and immediately was bound to the toilet. I have been unable to eat anything other than crackers, water and ginger ale without throwing up or on the verge of shitting my pants.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 发烧

我星期二午餐吃了鸡肉沙拉，周二晚上胃部和汽油不适。星期三我的肚子整天都在咕噜声，然后是星期三晚上到星期四，我得了可怕的腹泻和发烧，感觉非常虚弱和晕倒。星期四晚上，腹泻非常水汪汪，变成血腥。这种情况一直持续到星期五下午，似乎越来越好了，希望它能很快消失。
