ordered through deliveroo . Chicken wings, chips, mash and coleslaw, and the seasonal gravy last night, 730 ish. Have been nauseous since waking at 7 and have had intermittent d+v from about 11 am  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐

The garlic wrap of the day meal. Threw up twice at night, then 2 during the day.
Struggled to eat and drink. Was only able to eat small things 24 hours after. Masivly dehydrated and malnourished.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐, 脱水

Mushroom pasta I ate the pasta around 17.00pm yesterday .. haven’t been able to eat anything since around 7pm I got terrible cramps and really bloated stomache I felt very sick and was unable to sleep due to nausea and diarreoh   | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 抽筋, 腹胀

Ate the Vegetable bake this morning before school. Thank god my son didn’t want it.

Around 3:15 I am having SEVERE stomach cramps. Broke out in a cold sweat feeling so dizzy. I can barely walk.
