Ate at 6pm Sunday. Food tasted great but a few hours after leaving the restaurant I was doing some homework and my stomach began cramping and aching the pain was unbearable. An hour or so after I started feeling pain I became nauseous and had to vomit.  | 症状: 呕吐, 抽筋

Spicy McChicken's for lunch yesterday. The only members of our party that were affected ate the Spicy McChickens. We have been up most of the night with fever, vomiting, and diarrhea.
