11-11-16 went in for the Veterans Day lunch, after lunch I became very ill. Repeatedly threw up. Worst Veteran's Day/birthday of my life! Threw up so much until there was nothing but bile coming up.  | 症状: 呕吐, 胆汁

我当时在阿肯色州西南小石城的一堂外地课上。我和一位同事决定在 Arby's 吃一顿快速午餐。大错！！！
我只订购了马苏里拉奶酪棒和薯条。在我的第三根奶酪棒上，我注意到它味道不好，所以我把剩下的都扔掉了。大约7小时后，情况变坏了。
胃痉挛，恶心，然后是腹泻。接下来的三天太糟糕了，我可能离厕所太远了。
更糟糕的是，我离家只有 3 个小时的路程，如果错过寻求治疗，我会被开除课堂。不得不忍受它。

Three of us ate Chick-fil-A at the mall today. I had a chicken sandwich & fries, the other two had chicken nuggets & fries. Within minutes of eating the food we were in the bathroom with diarrhea & we have been in & out of bathroom all night.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心
