下午 3 点左右 30 点在这家机构吃。我拿到了本应该是软煮鸡蛋的锅炒面，但它还是没煮熟。那天晚上 11 点左右，我开始出现强烈的胃痉挛，生病的感觉，头晕，出汗，呕吐和腹泻。我知道这是这个地方，因为即使离开那里 30 分钟后我开始胃部痉挛但是把它们炸掉。晚上是情况变得严重恶化的时候。离开那家餐厅之后我没吃任何东西，除了有瓶装水。

Not sure, Today is day 8. Initial onset was especially bad, then it seemed like it was diminishing for one day before returning with a vengeance. Nonstop diarrhea. Was seen at Urgent Care, given anti-diarrheal and anti nausea. Stool and blood sample taken yesterday at the ER.… 更多
