Not sure, Today is day 8. Initial onset was especially bad, then it seemed like it was diminishing for one day before returning with a vengeance. Nonstop diarrhea. Was seen at Urgent Care, given anti-diarrheal and anti nausea. Stool and blood sample taken yesterday at the ER.… 更多

那天我没吃太多东西，所以我很饿，这是最快的东西。所以我们开车去下一个目的地在车里吃饭。标签不正确，它有南瓜、土豆、西葫芦、蘑菇和某种肉，假设里面到处都是鸡肉和一些白色糊状的东西... 这对我来说是个谜，因此第一口是出乎意料的。然后我又咬了一口，但仍然不确定自己的感觉如何。看着它是因为我意识到它的味道不对，所以我注意到里面的所有东西都很糊状，鸡肉里面有粉红色的斑点。出于某种原因没想到任何东西。所以我把它包起来然后进入商店，因为我们回到丢失的车上大概一个小时我的胃口很饿，只吃了三口墨西哥卷饼，有些胃痉挛使我的胃有点恶心。一旦我们回到房子，姐姐问我是否还想要它，我差点放弃了吃它的想法，所以它变成了垃圾桶，一天后，我的症状变得越来越严重。现在我几乎无法起床我一直头痛，胃部隆隆，持续恶心和头晕，我几乎无法进食，因为我的嘴太干了，我的喉咙感觉就像是为了吞咽食物而努力工作。现在通常我会认为这是流感我起初这样做是因为我以前从未发生过食物中毒... 但是我周围没有其他人生病。所以我的思想一直回到那卷饼上，所以没多久就弄清楚我出了什么问题。

2 天前 18 日下午 2 点左右我有一个墨西哥卷饼碗。里面有白米饭、黑豆、牛肉、莎莎酱、奶酪、酸奶油和生菜，一天剩下的时间坐得不好，第二天早上我醒来开始呕吐，腹泻可怕持续 2 天，变得非常脱水和虚弱。
