2 天前 18 日下午 2 点左右我有一个墨西哥卷饼碗。里面有白米饭、黑豆、牛肉、莎莎酱、奶酪、酸奶油和生菜，一天剩下的时间坐得不好，第二天早上我醒来开始呕吐，腹泻可怕持续 2 天，变得非常脱水和虚弱。
