去 Del Taco 吃了一个漂亮的鸡肉鳄梨碗然后和我哥哥聊天时坐在里面。那是我那天唯一吃的东西。他们提供的碗从来没有问题，我去同一个 Del Taco 已有好几年了。当我吃完饭回家后，我立刻感觉出了点问题。回到家后，我感到臃肿，不到一个小时后我的胃在扭曲和搅动。我能感觉到食物想上来，但我没有把食物从我的系统中排出。整天都是这样，第二天，星期一，我发烧得很厉害。今天，第三天，我经历了严重的腹泻，以至于我担心自己会在公共场合露面而出门。
