我去了 Wingstop 2018 年 1 月 17 日，我在 11 点钟买了一些翅膀，然后吃了大约 10 个翅膀，然后我去上班后开始感到非常疲劳，我离开工作岗位感觉不舒服腹泻大约两个小时后回家感到臃肿和生病。我开始得了非常严重的偏头痛，感觉真的很脱水，那时我一直在喝液体我只是一直在喝液体我因为头痛而休息睡着了醒来时我迷失了方向，视力模糊了，那时我有点困惑我晚上尝试吃点东西然后回去我醒来的时候大约 8 点钟睡觉现在是凌晨 1 点我太臃肿了，我去了，开始呕吐 5 或 6 次。恶心的头消失了我早上醒来的时候回去睡着了我还有点头痛，那时我去急诊室的时候我的腹泻仍然是粪便里的粘液。在此之前的两周，我在同一个 Wingstop 吃过东西，但吃了大约五只翅膀，头痛了，腹泻了五天。我以为也许我因某种流感病毒而生病，但现在我确定我两次都中毒了。我之所以举报这个问题，是因为我希望人们避开这个地方，这样他们就不必经历我所经历的痛苦我真的觉得那天晚上我快要死了

Ordered their chili as usual but it took them a very long time to get my items together, I only had three, everything tasted fine but after I went to bed I woke up later with severe nausea and vomiting in the middle of the night  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐
