Chipotle carnitas salad Approx 3 hours after eating, wife was feeling ill and began vomiting. Has been vomiting all night sincee. She didn't eat anything between the Chipotle meal and getting sick.  | 症状: 恶心, 呕吐

Ate there September 12 about 3:00 pm an hour or so later serious stomach cramps and fever and diarrhea today is the 15th Sept still having symptoms they should be ashamed and make it right with the customers  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐

我和妻子在校园里的尔湾吃了 In-N-Out 汉堡的芝士汉堡和薯条。我在 2018 年 9 月 12 日下午 1 点 30 分左右吃了。晚上 8 点左右，我开始经历剧烈的胃痛，然后开始出现腹泻。然后马上，我开始呕吐。偶然的是，我正在和一个我认识的人聊天，他的儿子当天也从 In-N-Out 吃了午餐，经历了腹泻。总体而言，In-N-Out 是一个很棒的机构，但不幸的是，这是我第二次从这个地方生病。我老婆也生病了她经历了腹泻和呕吐
