Turkey Burger it taste funny I coy, Just myself I do not eat beef wanted a turkey burger I eat them regularly it had and funny taste could not eat the entire nasty burger. 12 to 14 hours it was the only thing I ate in the 24 hours before I got sick  | 症状: 呕吐, 腹泻, 恶心, 发烧

Party of 3-Had mixed plate of raw oysters & cooked mussels around 1:30pm. 1st person had 2x diarrhea at dinner restaurant before dinner arrived (around 5pm); 2nd person threw up several times starting around 6:30pm (did not eat much at dinner); 3rd person had no issues.  | 症状: 腹泻, 呕吐

Day after New year's and the store was picked clean. I took the last of the shrimp. I deep fried them for on top of a salad. Got violently sick. I told customer service and all they said is we will make a note of it.  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐

Bought casa sanchez guacamole on Sunday, Nov 25. Ate some on Monday and 5-6 hours later, became naseous and then violently ill for several hours. Isolated the contaminated food, and attempted to report to Whole Foods. They took the information, including UPC, batch code, etc., and promised… 更多

周四晚上 5 点左右得到了一片蘑菇披萨。9/13/18
周五早些时候发烧、偏头痛疼痛、腹泻和极度恶心。
非常脱水，所以我喝了很多水。我不会再在 Whole Foods 吃任何披萨了。这个披萨正坐在柜台的热灯下。
