I got out of school & went to go eat at in n out at around 4pm & I got home & took a nap. When I woke up I felt like throwing up badly & I had diarrhea, I had ordered a cheeseburger plain & a vanilla milkshake  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐

昨天吃了一份沙拉，包括浅田、精制豆、奶酪、玉米和生菜。大约 6 个小时后，我开始感到虚弱，整晚肚子疼，由于不适我无法入睡。这种情况一直持续到第二天，我感到恶心大约 24 小时，但现在我开始感觉好多了。

6 点半左右有一个 quesarito 盒子。到 9 点半，我正在呕吐，发冷，感觉虚弱和神志不清，并且有强烈的 diarreah。在厕所旁待了几个小时后，症状消退了所有东西，但是第二天我仍然非常脱水和虚弱。再也不要在 Taco Bell 吃饭了。  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 发烧, 呕吐, 弱点, 寒战

Had a Steak burrito with White rice,Black beans,Mild salsa and corn with Guacamole and lettuce on July 6th around 7:00pm around 10:00pm started feeling nausea then following by all night Vomiting into the next morning. Now 25 hrs since this meal still feeling really sick. Not good Chipotle......  | 症状: 恶心, 呕吐
