我在午餐时吃了一个墨西哥卷饼碗，里面有 barbacoa 和所有浇头。那天晚上晚些时候，我感到致命的发烧，头痛，身体发冷，恶心，腹泻，头晕和胃痛。我知道这是由 Chipotles 食物引起的，因为这是我整天唯一吃的东西。Chipotle 之前发生过这种情况，我发誓我再也不会在那里吃东西了，不值得去医院。

Me and my 1year old son ate McDonald's on December 26th at around 7:00pm . We had a double cheeseburger and fries . At around 11:00 pm my son woke up from his sleep and had a horrible throw up accident. He woke up 3 more times… 更多
