库卡蒙格牧场（Rancho Cucamonga）的地点挤满了人，所以我在开车时订购了奶酪汉堡和薯条。吃完后不久我就感觉不舒服了。我开始呕吐但它不会停止。然后我发冷了然后发烧了。我整晚都有严重的腹部痉挛。我在In n out吃了40多年了，从来没有遇到过问题。

I had a chicken bowl with white rice, pinto beans, red sauce, corn, cheese and guac. I picked it up around 2pm yesterday (June 8th) and starting feeling the symptoms while I was at work around 8pm. I have been throwing up non stop since and can't even keep down water  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐

我吃完后的那天晚上，我异常生气。我本来打算去看望妈妈，但最后因为我感觉很难过而在加油站睡觉。我早上 5 点左右醒来然后呕吐了两次。回去睡觉了。然后由于早上 8 点左右恶心而醒来。开车去我在加利福尼亚州丰塔纳的妈妈那里我扔了。我的肚子里什么都没有，因为前一天我吃的只是冰淇淋，所以我很痛苦地干燥起来。然后日记来了。已经两天了。我的内心伤得太厉害了。我来回洗手间很多次了，我已经算不清了。我不希望这样对我最大的敌人。老实说，我一生都很害怕，但是由于我没有任何健康保险，所以我无法去看医生寻求帮助。我只是骑出来希望能做到最好

We were there at around 5pm until 8:30 pm. It hit me before I left. My stomach started protruding and I knew something was wrong. I've had Diarrhea all day and my daughter has been throwing up. The only things we had in common were French fries and ketchup.  | 症状: 腹泻, 呕吐
